If you lose your card, or it expires, please contact the Academic Office who can request a new card for you if you are eligible (please note that a fee is charged by the University Card Office for replacing lost cards).

The Academic Office can sign and stamp railcard application forms if you need to demonstrate that you are a full-time student.

You can download an enrolment certificate from Student Self-Service. If you would like this to be signed and stamped by a College Officer, please contact the Academic Office and we can do this for you.

If you have changed your name, please contact the Academic Office so we can arrange to have your records updated. You can make most other changes yourself via Student Self-Service.
