The aim of the Human Resources department is to provide a responsive, efficient and appropriate HR service to all College staff in a friendly and supportive way.

The department also aims to recruit, retain and appropriately reward a motivated, skilled and flexible workforce committed to the goals of the College and works to ensure that Human Resources policies and procedures are developed and sustained and that high standards of HR practice are achieved by all department managers in the College.

The HR website on the intranet will be updated soon, but in the meantime please find below copies of the main forms and policies. Please do keep an eye on our pages over the coming months to see the changes as they occur.
