Nuffield mailing lists

The College has a number of mail lists details of which are listed below. Members who are entitled to use the lists are automatically subscribed, unless otherwise stated.

For ease of identification and administration, only Nuffield email addresses are used. If this is not possible, an Oxford University (or other institutional) email address can be used instead.

Use of the Lists

Please ensure that emails sent to the lists are of relevance to the membership of the list, and whether it is more appropriate to consider using the College noticeboard instead. 

Subscribing and Unsubscribing for Automated Noticeboard Alerts

Email SUBSCRIBE nuffield-noticeboard-alerts@maillist.ox.ac.uk if you wish to receive automated alerts when new notices are added to the noticeboard page.
Email UNSUBSCRIBE nuffield-noticeboard-alerts@maillist.ox.ac.uk if you are already receiving alerts and wish to stop receiving the alerts.

If the above do not work for you, please contact IT and we can add or remove you from the alerts, as necessary.

When sending a file attachment to any of the lists, please remember the following:

• Where possible, information should be included in the body of the email rather than using an attachment.
• Files should be reduced to their smallest possible size before sending (ideally under 10mb).
