Some information is to be found on our public internet pages, so don't worry if some of the information here takes you to those public pages.
Server reboots and service interruptions: due to maintenance windows and server reboots, some College-based IT services may be unavailable during set hours each week or month.

Well... it depends what you're wanting to do.
If you are applying for access to secure data, and require restricted network access or hardware as part of this, please contact us with the following information:
- The specific criteria the data providers have sent you.
- The anticipated project start and end time.
If we are able to meet the criteria, we can provide a suitable device for the length of the project.
Please note that the application process can take a long time. We would therefore appreciate any update with your progress (using your assigned IT Helpdesk ID), or indeed notification if your application was unsuccessful, so that we may allocate any reserved hardware to another applicant.
